Colour brochure entitled “Conservation Area - Character Statement for Reepham” prepared by Broadland District Council in 2008. It comments on changes made since the previous document published in 1972, provides details of listed buildings. Some houses have since been renamed making specific identification difficult. Two maps are included. One of 'significant trees' and a second showing the conservation area as amended in 2008.
Appendix A discusses the implications of Section 69, Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 which required Local Authorities to review existing Conservation Areas and, where appropriate, to consider the designation of new ones.
