Description

Irelands sale at the Kings Arms in May 1919, advertising a number of freehold properties in the three parishes.
The top lots were Ivy House in Whitwell, and The Bungalow in Hackford. Other lots included more cottages and land at Bilhams Hill, and a double cottage in Reepham.
William Overton, the baker, purchased Ivy House for £250 paying a £50 deposit. 
Ivy House is described as being 'at Bilhams Hill, next the road leading from Whitwell Street to Eade's Mill.' The Bungalow faced 'the road to Hackford Vale, near Reepham Market Place.'
