12 page brochure with particulars for the sale of Sun Barn Farm offered in 11 lots at the auction held by Messrs Irelands at The King's Arms Hotel, Reepham on Wednesday 9 June 1920.
Lots include several at Towns End Corner, including Fred J Gibbs' premises and land that is now part of Stimpson's Piece.
The farmland & some properties were tenanted by John Edward Sharpin. The land itself was being sold by the Clergy Widows Charity.
The particulars contain a colour map of the land and buildings offered for sale in Reepham, Kerdistone, Hackford, Themelthorpe and Foulsham.
