Catalogue detailing the sale of contents of The Ollands. The sale took place over two days. The estate had been auctioned a month earlier in 1883. Messrs. Spelman's introduction stated that the furniture had been carefully kept, was in good condition and free from injury; many of the works of art had been left in an undisturbed condition since the early part of the 19th century.
