Photocopy of a sale brochure with details of two lots. Lot 1 is the house itself with all its outbuildings & grounds, including a dwelling house & two further cottages. The rooms have central heating radiators, there is H & C piped water, several bathrooms with W.C.s, a double garage as well as stables & coach house. Lot 2 consists of 6 acres of arable land, occupied by a Mr. Hubbard, probably on the ground sometimes called Mill Hill.
The title to both lots was to begin in December 1923; date for completion of purchase to be July 1945.
