Description

Lady named as Mrs. Wasey, at the gate of a cottage on the bend at the bottom of Ollands Road. The gate into the grounds of the Ollands House can be seen on the right. The two cottages backed onto the Maltings & were demolished in the 1970s. The last tenants had left in 1958 and the properties were used as storage for Randell's, whose main premises were on the opposite side of the road. Possibly dates from 1900.
